Commercial stairwells and fire exits don't get the same attention as a freshly painted lobby or a client-facing boardroom. They should. These areas handle constant foot traffic, carry emergency signage obligations under the National Construction Code, and sit in conditions that destroy the wrong paint product within 18 months.
